Delivery within 3 days from the payment confirmation date at the post office (weekdays).


Delivery may be delayed depending on stock availability.

Please understand that the product is sold at the same time as the offline store, so it may be out of stock as it is sold in the store while it is being prepared after payment is completed.

Exchange/Refund

We accept returns and exchanges on items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, within 7 days of receiving your parcel. 

Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit time. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements. 


Note: Items from the “Season-Off” section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Request a Return/Exchange:

Click the "CANCEL" button under "Order Status" and specify the reason.


2. Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.


3. Prepare Your Return:

Pack the item(s) in the original box.


4. Ship Your Return:

If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order.
